With multiple divisions based in the UK and overseas, Transcal has a worldwide reputation for delivering extensive and complex projects across the Automotive, Rail, Aerospace, Hospitality, Marine, and Defence sectors.
Recently, Transcal’s Engineering facility, based in the heart of Worcestershire, England, joined forces with the Scotland-based branch to manufacture a range of multi-part, cut-and-sewn products – securing another sizeable customer contract in what is an exceptional period of growth.
Earlier in May 2026, world-renowned vehicle engineering, testing, and development consultancy HORIBA MIRA completed testing of these products, with all passing stringent testing that highlight’s Transcal’s capabilities, particularly in qualification verification.
At their Warwickshire-based facility, products underwent sled testing to assess G-Force impact across three axes and were also subject to vertical drop tests in multiple orientations. HORIBA MIRA has supported Transcal in testing across multiple sectors in recent years, helping to ensure that the company is able to consistently deliver quality-assured, multi-part assembled solutions with the correct testing and certifications.
